Here are some of the software projects that I have worked on in the past or intend to continue in the future.

whisky.vanGeest.nl

This website contains information about many different whiskies. It contains information about brands, whiskies, company structures and, of course, tasting notes.

In collaboration with Dennis van Geest, I have been the maintainer of this website. It has seen several new designs over the years, though the main characteristics have been maintained.

This site has a separate section that can be used to insert new tasting notes, whiskies, brands, events, companies etcetera.

A new version is under development, that should enable anyone to register, and update information on the website. The goal is to put the published information under review, to maintain a high quality.

Penny Pool / huisrekening

This is a small groupware application that allows a group of people to administer shared expenses. This removes the necessity to reimburse the person who advanced a shared expense on a per-expense basis. Instead, multiple expenses can be grouped in a settlement.

This application is available under the GPL and should be easy to install on a MySQL / Apache / PHP installation.

Who's Who

For the study association A-Eskwadraat, I have developed "Who's Who", a management system that keeps track of members, committees, events, etcetera. Ownership has long ago been transferred to the Webcie.
